It was simple, but I could experience strong style French cuisine. The white wines against it were also exquisite when the stew of itame & salmon were so busy. After that, the meat dishes seemed to be too heavy because of the pork fat. As the sauce was delicious, I felt it was good to try it with only the taste of the short angle beef. After that I wanted to make more cheese.
